Cancellation Policy

Please note that when booking a motel unit at Ascot Park, you are booking a 3-star self-rated motel-style room. These are not part of the hotel complex. Before proceeding with your online booking, please ensure you are booking the correct type of accommodation you require.

Reservations guaranteed by prepayment or credit card that are cancelled after 6pm NZ time, 24 hours prior to arrival, will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

Reservations guaranteed by prepayment or credit card that are neither cancelled nor taken up within the 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival will incur a no-show charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation. Any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
